  • Yes you have full choice and control when choosing who you select to be your support coordinator.

  • Our office is open Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. We also offer services outside these hours depending on your needs.

  • You should contact our office as soon as possible to discuss changes to your support schedule. We will work with you to adjust your plan accordingly.
