Founder
Support CoordinatorI have a lifetime of experience supporting a close relative with multiple disabilities, which has not only shaped my understanding of their unique challenges but has also deepened my empathy and commitment to providing effective care. This personal journey has given me invaluable insights into the complexities of disability, allowing me to develop practical skills and strategies that promote independence and well-being.
With over 6 years of experience in the NDIS sector, I am passionate about supporting individuals to navigate the scheme effectively. As a dedicated support coordinator, I find great satisfaction in ensuring that individuals receive the assistance and resources they truly deserve. I am committed to helping clients through their challenges, particularly with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). I am passionate about empowering individuals to practise self-advocacy, make choices, and exercise control in directing their own support or care plans. My expertise lies in guiding participants through their NDIS plans, assisting with the application process, and connecting them with appropriate services.
I believe in a personalised approach and prioritise building strong relationships with clients and their families. By taking the time to understand their unique needs and aspirations, I collaborate with them to create tailored support plans that empower them to live more independently.
My approach centres on empathy and effective communication, allowing me to foster a nurturing environment where clients feel valued and empowered. For me, this work goes beyond a job; it’s about creating meaningful change in people’s lives. I am passionate, dependable, and unwavering in my commitments. My mission is to provide the support that empowers others to thrive by connecting them with the resources that enhance their quality of life. As a strong and confident advocate, I am dedicated to making a lasting impact on the lives of those I serve.
I am fluent in English, Arabic, and Aramaic.

Support Coordinator
AdministratorKim has a strong background in finance and administration for the past 19 years, much of that as a team leader. She began with ABC Aged and Disability Services completing payroll, invoicing, and other financial and general administration tasks.
In December 2021, Kim was offered a part-time position to become a support coordinator and now has 12 participants that she services. This is something completely new and exciting for Kim, who has lived experience with people who live with a disability through family and close friends. Her strength is helping people and listening to understand their needs and how she can work collaboratively with those around her.
